Returns

We want you to love everything you order from us. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for store credit, valid for three years on anything in our store.

How it works

1. Email hello@cloudsandclaude.com with your order number and "RETURN" in the subject line.
2. A member of our team will reply with instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Once your return arrives and has been checked, your store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

Why we offer store credit

As a small business, every return has a real impact on us. Offering store credit instead of refunds helps us keep our range growing and our business running.

It is also the more sustainable choice. Store credit keeps returned items in circulation rather than heading to landfill, and helps reduce the waste and packaging that come with high return rates. Your credit is valid for three years, so there is plenty of time to find something you love.

The details

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
• Store credit is issued to the full value paid for the item.
• Store credit is valid for three years from the date of issue, can be used across one or more orders, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
